The Evans Fish Farm located in Pierson is home to the first farm to raise Russian sturgeon in the US. The Evans family pioneered state-of-the-art sustainable aquaculture of sturgeons at their 100-acre farm. They now sell “Anastasia Gold” a premium caviar that rivals what comes from the Caspian Sea without affecting the wild resource from one of the few commercial sturgeon farming operations in the Western Hemisphere.
Cost is:
